Frozen food

Postby Silphyre » Thu Nov 17, 2016 10:41 pm

I just ate a frozen lasagna from the back of my refrigerator without knowing how long it's been there.
That may not sound like anything, but to bring things into focus, i've found canned and jarred foods in my cupboards that expired as long ago as 2008 and the early 2000's. It didn't taste completely normal, and I sort of had to boil it for it to become edible again (after thawing it out). My stomach feels a little off right now.
Please pray for me.

Probably tasted freezer burned as could be, but i doubt any bacteria grew during that decade in the freezer.

I was eating dinner at a friends house awhile back and ate a pickle that seemed a bit odd (dick joke incoming?). A check on the label showed it had expired over a decade ago. No worries tho I made it through. They even kept a clean and tidy fridge, guess they didn't actually like pickles.
