Skills

Overwhelm (Q)
Targets an enemy unit. All units that attack the targeted unit gain bonus range and slow the targeted unit.
Bonuses are lost after 3 seconds or if allied unit attacks another unit. Lasts 8 seconds.
Cost: 50

Cooldown: 12

Level 1: +0.66 range, 10% slow.
Level 2: +1.33 range, 20% slow.
Level 3: +2 range, 30% slow.


Shield Matrix (W)
Creates a plasma shield at target location with a radius 3 and 200 health. All allied units and structures under the shield take reduced physical damage from outside sources (non-spell damage). Lasts up to 30 seconds.
Cost: 60 energy
Range: 6
Cooldown: 45

Level 1: 25% physical DR.
Level 2: 50% physical DR.
Level 3: 75% physical DR.


Explosive Rounds (E)
The Goliath hero switches to its limited stock of explosive rounds, granting the hero minor stun and a 2 radius splash damage. Can store up to 10 rounds.
Reload Rounds (active): Goliath will reload his rounds for 4 seconds but cannot attack. Costs 30 energy.
Cost: 10
Level 1: 0.1 second stun, 5 splash damage.
Level 2: 0.2 second stun, 10 splash damage.
Level 3: 0.3 second stun, 15 splash damage.


Charon Boosters (R)
Increases autoattack range and grants the hero an anti-air attack of 2 missiles every 1.5 seconds with a base range of 7.
Level 1: +1 range. Each missile deals 5 damage.
Level 2: +2 range. Each missile deals 10 damage.
Level 3: +3 range. Each missile deals 15 damage.


Urgent Directive (T)
Commands all creep in a radius of 6 to attack the target location or unit. Units affected by this order scale with goliath hero's stats for 6 seconds. Can hold up to 1/3 charges. Gains 1 charge every 30 seconds.
Energy Cost: 50
Level 1: Holds 1 charge.
Level 2: Holds up to 3 charges.

-Spartan Package removed.
-Shield Matrix now protects structures. DR increased from 20/35/50% -> 25/50/75%
-Shield Matrix health reduced from 350 -> 200
-Explosive Rounds reload time decreased from 10 -> 4 seconds.
-Charon Boosters grant anti-air attacks independent cooldowns.
-New Ult: Urgent Directive. Commands all creep in a radius of 9 to attack the target location or unit. Units affected by this order scale with goliath hero's stats for 15 seconds. Cost: 50. Can hold up to 1/3 charges. Gains 1 charge every 30 seconds.
Patch 2.6
-Explosive ammo limit reduced from 20 -> 10
-Explosive ammo no longer passively reloads.
-Explosive Rounds magazine can now be cast to reload. Requires 10 seconds. Cannot attack while reloading. Costs 30 energy.
-Spartan package no longer grants infinite ammo. Instead reduces reload time to 2 seconds.
Patch 1.139
-Explosive round ministun decreased from 0.25/0.5/0.75 -> 0.15/0.3/0.45
-Explosive round ammo will only recharge when the skill is toggled off
